Terms of service
Last updated August 2026
This is placeholder wording awaiting legal review. It describes how Searcher actually works, but it is not yet a finished agreement.
What Searcher does
We research what people near you search for, write articles about it, publish them to the website you connect, and track where you appear in Google and in AI assistants.
We write about your trade and your area. We do not state specifics about your business — prices, guarantees, credentials, or comparisons with competitors — unless you have told us they are true, or switched those options on in Settings.
What you are responsible for
The accuracy of what you tell us about your business, and reviewing what is published under your name. You can turn autopilot off in Settings and approve every article before it goes out.
Having the right to publish to the website you connect, and keeping your access to it current.
Payment
$1 for the first 7 days, then $49 per month per website. The trial fee is not refunded. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancelling stops future charges and does not refund the current month.
We will email you before the first monthly charge.
Your content
The articles we write for you are yours. If you cancel, everything already published stays on your website and you may keep using it.
What we do not promise
We cannot guarantee rankings. Search engines and AI assistants decide what to show, and neither we nor anyone else controls that. What we can promise is that the work happens every day and that you can see what it did.
We may pause or end an account that uses the service to publish unlawful or deliberately misleading content.
